Industrial cleaning
in Sydney
Housekeeping should never pull your people off the job. Castle Cleans runs industrial cleaning right across Sydney, scheduled around production and working to a written scope: floors and pedestrian paths, racking, amenities, lunchrooms and the offices attached to a warehouse, factory or workshop.
How industrial cleaning pricing works
Pricing follows the floor area, what the site actually produces, and how often it needs servicing. Dust, debris and spills build differently in a distribution warehouse than in a workshop, so we walk the site and price the scope that comes out of it.
| Frequency | Typically suits | What a visit covers |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Multi shift sites, food grade facilities and heavy pick warehouses | Full scope between shifts, including amenities, lunchrooms, offices and pedestrian paths |
| Two or three times a week | Distribution and storage warehouses on a single day shift | Full scope on service days, with amenities and lunchrooms kept on top of between visits |
| Weekly | Workshops, small manufacturing and low traffic storage | Full scope once a week, with consumables checked and replenished |
| Periodic | Any site, alongside one of the schedules above | Machine floor scrubbing, racking and high level dusting, external pressure washing |
How we keep it consistent
Consistency is built into the system, not left to chance. This is the part most cleaning companies leave to whoever is rostered on.
-
A written scope, per site
Every area and task is listed and given a frequency, so every cleaner works the same checklist and nothing depends on memory.
-
Quality checks and management oversight
We review performance and address issues before they escalate, so you are never chasing cleaners or re-explaining expectations.
-
Then you set and forget
We schedule the first clean and brief your cleaner on the scope. Management checks the work, adjusts as the site changes and handles requests. It runs without you.
What is included in an industrial clean
This is the standard scope for a warehouse or factory. Anything on your site that needs an induction, a permit or an exclusion zone is written into the scope at the walkthrough, so our crew works to your rules rather than around them.
- Warehouse and factory floors, including pedestrian paths and line marking
- Machine floor scrubbing and sweeping
- Racking, shelving and high level dusting
- Lunchrooms, kitchens and crib rooms
- Amenities, toilets and change rooms
- Attached offices and admin areas
- Loading docks, roller door tracks and external hardstand
- Rubbish and waste removal, and consumables replenished
- Pressure washing of external surfaces
We are a general housekeeping contractor, not a hazardous materials contractor. Anything requiring a licensed specialist is named at the walkthrough rather than quietly quoted.
From a warehouse we clean
Ten out of ten on our warehouses
We have had Ryan and the team from Castle Cleans come and clean our warehouses and our workspace and I could not be happier with the result. Ten out of ten. Would recommend to any business and homes.
Frequently asked questions
How much does industrial cleaning cost?
It depends on the floor area, what the site produces, and how often it needs servicing. We confirm the rate after a walkthrough, so the price reflects the actual site rather than a per square metre guess.
Can you work around our production schedule?
Yes, and most sites are done that way. Cleaning is scheduled between shifts or in the quiet window, so nothing stops and nobody is working around a scrubber.
Do you handle the amenities and lunchrooms as well as the floor?
Yes. Lunchrooms, crib rooms, toilets, change rooms and any attached offices are all part of the scope. On most sites those are the areas your people notice first.
What about site inductions and safety requirements?
Our crew works to your site rules. Inductions, permits, PPE requirements and exclusion zones are all confirmed at the walkthrough and written into the scope before the first visit.
Do you do hazardous or specialist cleaning?
No. We are a general housekeeping contractor. If your site needs a licensed specialist for a particular task, we will say so at the walkthrough rather than quote around it.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Both. Every cleaner completes a background check and provides a current police clearance certificate, and we carry public liability insurance covering you and your premises.
How do you keep the standard consistent?
Every area and task is written into a scope of work with a frequency against it. Management runs quality checks and reviews performance, so housekeeping does not quietly decay between audits.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There is no long-term lock-in. The Crown Guarantee stands behind the work instead: if something is not up to standard we return and reclean it promptly, or you do not pay.
Backed by the Crown Guarantee, measured against your written scope of work.
Tell us what needs cleaning
Enough to call you back and turn up at the right address. Everything else is a conversation, not a form field.
We call you back
By a person who can actually answer questions about the job rather than book you into a queue, and we aim to get back to you quickly.
A ten minute walkthrough
We look at the areas you want cleaned, the foot traffic, the layout and the spots that always get missed, so the quote is about your site rather than an average one.
A written scope and a price
Every area and task listed with a frequency against it, and the number attached. No obligation, no lock-in, and the Crown Guarantee applies from the first clean.
