How gym cleaning pricing works

Pricing follows the floor area, the number of change rooms and showers, and how many members move through the site in a week. A boutique studio and a twenty four hour club are different jobs, so we walk the floor and price what is there.

Common gym cleaning schedules. The right one depends on member traffic and is settled at the site visit.
Frequency Typically suits What a visit covers
Daily, overnight Twenty four hour clubs and high traffic gyms with wet change rooms Full scope overnight, including equipment touch points, mats, showers, change rooms and bins
Daily, off peak Staffed gyms that close overnight Full scope in the closed window, with amenities and floors done before the first session
Two or three times a week Boutique studios, reformer and functional training spaces Full scope on service days, with mats, mirrors and amenities kept on top of between visits
Periodic Any site, alongside one of the schedules above Deep clean of change rooms and showers, carpet steam cleaning and internal and external glass

How we keep it consistent

Consistency is built into the system, not left to chance. This is the part most cleaning companies leave to whoever is rostered on.

  • A written scope, per site

Every area and task is listed and given a frequency, so every cleaner works the same checklist and nothing depends on memory.

  • Quality checks and management oversight

We review performance and address issues before they escalate, so you are never chasing cleaners or re-explaining expectations.

  • Then you set and forget

We schedule the first clean and brief your cleaner on the scope. Management checks the work, adjusts as the site changes and handles requests. It runs without you.

What is included in a gym clean

This is the standard scope for a fitness site. Equipment cleaning is by agreement, because manufacturers differ on what may be used on upholstery and consoles, and that gets written into the scope rather than assumed.

A gym floor and equipment, cleaned before opening
  • Equipment frames, handles and high touch points
  • Mats, turf and studio floors
  • Free weight areas, racks and benches
  • Change rooms, lockers and benches
  • Showers, toilets and wet area floors
  • Mirrors and internal glass
  • Reception, retail counter and member lounge
  • Rubbish and waste removal, and consumables replenished
  • Hard floor mopping and carpet vacuuming

Tell us which products your equipment supplier allows and we will work to that list. It goes into the scope so every cleaner uses the same thing.

Frequently asked questions

How much does gym cleaning cost?

It depends on the floor area, the number of change rooms and showers, and how many members move through the site each week. We confirm the rate after a short walkthrough, so you only pay for the space and the frequency you actually need.

When do you clean a gym that never closes?

Overnight, in the quietest window. For staffed sites that close, the clean runs in the closed window so the floor and the amenities are done before the first session of the day.

Do you clean the equipment itself?

Frames, handles and high touch points, yes. Upholstery and consoles are done to whatever your equipment supplier allows, because manufacturers differ on what may be used on them. We agree that list at the site visit and write it into the scope.

How do you handle showers and wet areas?

Wet areas are on the scope every service, because they are the part of a gym members judge fastest. Floors, screens, drains and fittings are all listed with a frequency against them.

Are your cleaners background checked and insured?

Both. Every cleaner completes a background check and provides a current police clearance certificate, and we carry public liability insurance covering you and your premises.

How do you keep the standard consistent?

Every area and task is written into a scope of work with a frequency, so nothing depends on who is on shift. Management runs regular quality checks and reviews performance before a slip becomes a complaint on your review page.

Do you clean gyms in my suburb?

We are based in Kellyville and work across Sydney. Send the address with your quote request and we will confirm coverage before the site visit.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. There is no long-term lock-in. The Crown Guarantee covers the work instead: if something is not up to standard we return and reclean it promptly, or you do not pay.
