There is no rate card, because a retail shopfront and a three floor tenancy are not the same job. Price comes from the size of the site, how hard it is used, and how often it needs servicing, and it is confirmed after a walkthrough rather than over the phone.

How much does commercial cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the site, how heavily it is used and how often you need it serviced. We walk the site first, price the scope that comes out of that walkthrough, and put the number in writing. Nothing is quoted blind over the phone.
What kinds of businesses do you clean?

Can you work outside our trading hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial work is scheduled that way. Cleaning happens before you open or after you close, so your staff and customers never work around equipment.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Both. Every cleaner completes a background check and provides a current police clearance certificate, and we carry public liability insurance covering you and your property.
Do we need to supply anything?
No. We bring commercial vacuums, microfibre, all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants and glass cleaner. If your site has a product it must use, tell us at the walkthrough and we will use that instead.
How do you keep the standard consistent across visits?
Every site runs on a written scope of work with a frequency against each task, so no cleaner is working from memory. Management runs quality checks and reviews performance, which is what stops a service drifting three months in.
Do you cover my area?
We are based in Kellyville and work across Sydney. Put the address on the quote form and we will confirm coverage before we book the walkthrough.
